Flickering Menus

Please help!

All the menu screens except the home one flickers and the text flashes. All the links seem to work but i cant see what i'm clicking because they only show for less than a second!

Any help much appreciated!

pc specifications would really help.

also which version of mediaportal are you using.

logs would be out of this world
