| Could be a different flickering issue as with Vista + VMR9 there is no hardware acceleration done.

| I haven't heard that anyone would have been looking into this issue (for many months). In the end of spring / start of summer I did spend too much time with this issue and wont spend any more time on it. As a workaround I did remove that ATI 3450 from my HTPC and replace with Nvidia 7600 (and yesterday with 9500). Cured also lot of other ATI related HW issues (like drivers crashing once per day).
