graph/timeshift

I have been getting an error message saying that the program is unable to create a graph and cannot do the timeshift. As a result I am not able to watch or record tv. I have a hauppage wintv pvr250 and it works perfectly fine with the WinTV2000 program. How can I fix this?

Moved to correct the wrong forum section.

You now need to use the support template located in this forum.

A suggestion right off the bat though is to make sure your using the latest drivers. ftp://ftp.shspvr.com/download/wintv-..._23258_pp2.zip

and give me a hand? i think that this couldn't be so difficult with all the information that i've supplied.. at least, to know the real source of the problem, what line of code is producing the error... with that, may be that i can go in the way to solve it... :?
