Default Hauppauge Tweak Tool and PVR350

I tried the Hauppauge Tweak Tool and saw that my Tv-Tuner was set to "Secam-L" but i'm living in a Pal-B Land. So i changed it and rebooted.
Now my PVR350 isn't working anymore it says : " Error Code 10 The Device could not be started" (rough translation from German). I already tried reinstalling the drivers but it didn't help.
Any Ideas?

This is probaly due to incorrect registry-setting. Download latest driver from Hauppauge. You will find then somewhere the program 'hcwclear.exe'. This will clean all registry-settings and other Hauppauge software on your harddisk. Then reboot your system and re-install the original driver. Normally everything should then be back to normal.
