Hi !

I need to know how to enable overlay mode in media portal.
I'd like to activate the "ATI theater mode" which is based on the overlay mode.

MediaPortal doesn't support Overlay, only VMR9. If it's really important to you, you could install an older version of MP. Overlay support was removed somewhere around version 0.1.3.0 if I'm not mistaken.

Although Overlay as you refer to it should work with MP ( I think there is a difference between Ati Overlay and MP Overlay).
I use similar on my upstairs setup. Windowed MP on the PC screen and fullscreen MP on the TV output.
