I'm trying to add the "MTV Türkiye" channel to my channel list. I've browsed to this address and it only has these info:

• Satellite: Türksat 42°
• Polarization: Horizontal
• Frequency: 11983.5 Mhz
• Symbol Rate: 4.000 MSym/s
• FEC: 5/6

but...

when i try to manually add it to the channel list these fields are mandatory to fill:

Network ID
Service ID
Transport ID
Audio PID
Video PID
PMT PID
PCR PID

So, where in earth am i going to find those ???

What I do when I want to add just one channel is alter the .ini for that Sat, found in 'Tuningparameters' directory where you install Tv Server.

In your case change the file '42.0°E Turksat 1C_2A.ini' to contain just the following and scan for channels - any channels found will be at the bottom of current channel list and you map and groups as normal.

fixed great work

Thanks for the tip, it worked.

By the way i've compiled the data from this site into a 42degreesEast.tpl file for Türksat 1C/2A at 42.0°E users. just grab it then overwrite the original one in the TuningParameters folder, then do an automatic search again. It nearly doubled the channels it finds so highly recommended. in fact it would be wonderful if the devs replace the original one with this in the next release.

anyway, see you later
