try an original that comes with windows. most plugins did not work

I did.
I tried several of the standard plugins.

I installed MediaPortal-svn--10-22-2006--09-52-Rev11244.exe and there is still no visualisation tab when i select the BASS player

It's the most recent SVN version... and the feature is not in there.
