Default Media Portal making it's own schedules and recordings

Hi guys

I am testing out MP's scheduling features with random times and shows but am having a fair bit of trouble getting it to work correctly. I schedule a show to record, say an hour long show from 4 pm to 5 pm, MP records it fine but then it makes new schedules on it's own and records again and again on the same channel, showing the same show name I scheduled as being recorded. If I look at the "recorded TV" section it lists all the shows it's recorded but with the real show names.

I have attached some screen shots.

3 and 4.jpg show what I had scheduled this morning.
5.jpg shows MP recording at 8:40pm what it says is "The Wiggles" (which I scheduled to record at 1:15 pm earlier today). It was in fact recording "the new inventors" (I DID NOT schedule this)
6.jpg shows some of the recordings MP did during the day under "the wiggles" schedule.
7.jpg shows all the shows MP recorded without me scheduling them.

FYI, I use the same epg for the sd and hd channels (ie: I use yahoo to put 7's guide for ch7 and ch70). I don't think this is causing the issue, unless I say record this show on any channel, which I am not.

I have also atatched my log file.

I really can't figure this out.

Hi,
If it's still behaving weird, attach all logs (zipped) in MediaPortal\log to your post, will test here too & see if anything behaves as it shouldn't.

Regards
Roy

Unfortunately it's still doing it with the latest SVN. I have attached all logs in the logs folder.

Thanks guys.

Now I will try to keep proper track but so far it seems to be occuring on schedules set as "Mon to Fri". I got a couple of schedules set to "everytime on this channel" will see if they cause the same issue. I will test the other schedule types too and post back.

Hi,
Yeah can confirm that Mon - Fri recordings behavior, this probably has something with the fix for "everytime on this channel", hope Broceliande has some time to look @ it.
If you find some other that also have this please post them too.

As you said, "every time on this channel" works fine, the schedules I did overnight recorded correctly. I wil schedule some other types today and report back

I set 2 schedules, one to do "every week at this time" and another for "every day at this time", both have the issue also.

Hi,
Test with latest SVN from 14774 & above, should be fully fixed by Broceliande now.
