Hello.
I just want to know how MediaPortal Audio Swither should be working?

I have some AVI files with two audio tracks inside.
When i start this file inside MP, i am hearing both audio tracks.
So i add MediaPortal Audio Swither to Movie postprocessing. Now the Graph is created correctly (i can hear only first audio track), but i cannot switch between this two tracks.

So my quiestion is - how MediaPortal Audio Swither should be working?

Its currently used only for TVE3 dual language channels.

Basicaly it is not problem to convert AVI container to MKV - i did it - but i believe there should be simple solution.

I am having this exact problem trying to help a friend upgrade from MP 0.2.3.0 to MP 1.0.0.0 RC3. The switching of audio streams in DivX/XviD worked under 0.2.3.0, but no longer works under 1.0.0.0 RC3. Is this true, or am I missing something?? Any help would be greatly appreciated as we would prefer to not return to 0.2.3.0 or convert his entire library. Thanks!

If your friend DivX/XviD AVIs don't use subtitles, you can solve this by install Haali media splitter and enable AVI support.

I think Haali has support to be used as AVI splitter, that might help (not sure).

Yes, this is solution, but haali kills AVI subtitles.
