Movie Folder (alphabetic listing and folder image)

hi guys,
I do not what happenend but recently, my movies appear in reverse order, i.e. it starts with Z and ends with #. when i first installed MP it was alphabetical. I use the filmstrip view. any idea how i can reverse it? (i sorted it by name)

EDIT: I accidentially found the solution: sort by name, tap the right arrow and tap ENTER, et voila, it sorts alphabetically and vice versa...

another question i have is concerned with the folder pictures. Also her i use filmstrip view but my folder for movies, for instance, shows me the film poster of a movie. how can i change it? I would like to give it an XVID image where another folder should receive the HD or 720p image/icon...

any ideas?
