Music Videos and Some Episodes not working properly

Hi Guys im new to this and hope im posting in the right forum category

I recently Stumbled Across Media portal and was overjoyed as the Media Center in XP is just Shite....

But i am having 2 issues atm and i hope you dont mind me posting them both

The first one is that i cant play any of my downloaded music videos or any episodes.... i can hear sound but cant see picture so im thinkin it might be a codec issue or something but im not sure but i need some help cuz i dont want to go back to Media Center

The second issue i am having is that when im watching a movie after about 30 mins or more media portal will jsut shut down... i dont know why it does that but thank god that MP has resume playback

Is anyone able to provide some help on this for me

You are using a very old version? Reason? I don't think you will get support on that version.

First upgrade and then if you still have problems, generate full logs and attach it.

Oh sorry i didnt put that in i am using the latest version and downloaded it like 2 weeks ago i think its the rc2
