Default My Videos

Is there anyway in the myvideos aspect, that when you double click or select with your remote the Movie folder i.e Donnie Darko, that it will automatically open the IDMB information screen rather than the folder view/list?

Basically I would like to select or double click the folder & be taken to the IDMB view where I can then press play. I don't see a need for looking inside a folder.

Is this possible?

I do not know of a way to do it. but its a nice idea and would vote for this funtionality to be added to MP.
Again it takes it away from the normal windows structure, and could be a very pleasing enhancement.

Where would I make an offical request for this feature? Just seems silly to me that if you are at the lowest level folder i.e. there is no more folders within a folder, then double clicking it should show the IDMB details. From the 11 foot experience, if my lodger of gf are sat using MP they often want to read the details of a moving before playing it. Clicking the movie folder seems like the simplest answer, and will greatly add to the experience when using MP.

So clicking the movie folder opens the IDMB info, from the IDMB screen clicking play starts the movie.

Then rather than right clicking to get IDMB info, the right click option is instead explore folder - so users wishing to explore the movie folder content still can.
