Please help IMDB driving me nuts!

Can someone please please please tell me how I can stop the IMDB looking up & replacing cover art??? I losing my mind with this. I have taken a lot of time downloading the correct cover art for each of my movies, yet as soon as the wife or kids select IMDB info. the cover art is replaced - often with the wrong cover!

Please can someone tell me how to stop the art lookup, but maintain the IMDB feature?
