My only problem at this point seems to be downloading my xmltv.xml file I confifured powerscheduler to start my machine at a specific time to download my EPG (I guess that is the XMLTV.xml file??) And also configured XMLTV to import it... But noting happens the machine never wakes up from sleep, and no new file is retrived. Any sugestions on how to get the new file? |

Country: | Do you know i have never used the xmltv to download my TVGuide, always used WebEPG which to me is much easier to setup nowadays, as it will import channels from TVServer and auto config most of the channels. Then i just point the xmltv to where the TVGuide.xml with the xmltv.dtd files are stored (default user files\xmltv folder), this allows the xmltv plugin to import channels and save, then i use windows scheduler to download updated epg by running WebEPG during the night. Maybe someone can give you a pointer with using xmltv itself.

Country: | TVServer xmltv plugin looks to import a new file constantly, so as soon as a new one is available it updates, this can take a few seconds to a couple of minutes to import, depending on how many channels involved. WebEPG.exe and WebEPG.config are in the mediaportal folder (C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal), along with the WebEPG folder, inside you can see which Countrys are supported and the source they are grabbed from.
