Default problem with FFDSHOW and TV (TV completely distorted)

When I use FFDSHOW Post-Processing with TV I get an image with distorted coloring, and the size is way off - hard to describe exactly but It is basically an image that is sorta 3hx5v screen ration (rather than 4x3 or 16x9) and consists of 4 or 5 "squares" of the actual TV image. WHen I turn Postprocessing off the TV picture is perfect

However when I use FFDSHOW PostProcessing with Video Playback it is perfect.

I am currently using *Nvidia Video Decoder* but I have tried a few different Video Codes with the exact same problem
