| Hi! Thanks for an fantastic application! Desperate cry for help from Newbie on this forum. Could anyone direct me to a post that could help me. I could not find a search function in this forum. 1st I installed .Net 2.0 Then I installed MP the latest release 0.2 etc After that I started to set up and configure MP After being convinced that MP was a fantastic application I purchased a European bulk version of the of the Microsoft original MCE remote including the eHome IR Transceiver which is USB suppoprting. I connected the IR transceiver to the USB port of my computer and thought everything would be fine. No, it did not work. Windows XP home edition asked for a driver. Then I thought MP would solve it itself. I started MP entered configuration mode of MP and ticked the box for the european version of remote and relaunched MP and thought that the remote would start to work. Unfortunately it did not. What should I do to have the remore working??? Reinstall the MP again (and loose all my setups) or download a driver from somewherere? or what? I am desperately stuck. :?: :?: Please please help a poor boy! Help will be highly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance! Cheers Mandrake |

| Just extract the files to an easy to find directory. When Xp home askes for the drivers point to that diectory and you should have youre remote suported by Xp Home. Next thing is mp, but you allready found the setup programm to choose the mce remote. |
