RC2 loses Options to select CD/DVD speed!

In RC2, I cannot find the option to set the velocity of my DVD rom. I did look in expert settings.
Please bring it back as it was nice for noisy reader.

EDIT:
This feature is temporary unavailable, but might be reintroduced on a later stage. Don't hold your breath, though - might be a while.

In the mean time you can use Nero CD-DVD Speed website (free) or CDBremse or other 3. part application.

yes, I miss this feature as well...

Why was it removed - any problems with it? (I sure haven't had any issues with it in the past...)

Looks like Nero doesn't work properly - it does set initial speed to the desired but than during MP playback speed is increased.
Any ideas?
