Recorded tv contains "folder" without any recordings, and won't add new..

At some point, after working fine for a long time, this happened:

After recording another "home and away" episode, it was not added to the recorded-tv list in the "home and away" group.
We cleaned up, (manually) - by deleting all shows we did not need.

other groups, when left empty, were removed.
-we still have one "home and away" group that is empty, won't disappear, and new episodes are not added to it.
-other recordings are added just fine.

why ? /how to solve (remove that group) ?

(I suspect that %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\database\TVDatabaseV21.db3
contains the recorded TV list, and error - but how can this database be edited/fixed ?)

did not get an answer.: - but solved it myself.
the episodes were stored in TVserver's database - when I cleaned up, removing some lines with long-time-ago removed episodes, everything works normally again.
