Default Remote Mapping

MediaPortal Version: 0.2.2.0
Windows Version: Windows XP pro
Remote: MCE

I found out that when you are playing a video file, other than a dvd, the arrow keys on the keyboard are quite useful:
Up : Next Chapter
Down : Previous Chapter
Right : Skip forward (depending on how many times you press it you go from +15 seconds to 2 hours (!) forward)
Left: Skip backwards

The trouble is, I don't like to watch a movie with a keyboard on my lap, so I want these functions in my remote. How do i get my MCE remote to do this?

I have already looked in the remote mapping under setup, but could not really find a way

If anybody can tell me how to do this it is much appreciated
Also confirmation that this actually can not be done (yet) is helpful, so I don't need to look any further.
