Search inside folder?

Hi!
Sometimes i have problems to find out a movie because i have a general folder and inside there are more folders to organize my videos. There's a plugin to search a movie from her name? or a keyboard shortcut can do this?
And for a music folder there's something?

There isn't a solution to find a specific file inside of music or video folder?

If you use database then there will be no "folders" - only filmthumbs (or artist/album-"folders" for music).
You then have to search/lookup all your movies (IMDB or simular)
