Default setup wizard does'nt work

hi, I am having problems with the setup wizard. When I start it up and get to the scan for channels step, it crashes. What can I do? Please help

Hi,
If this is the "first time wizard" just skip all configuration & scanning & use MP Setup to do all that.

You haven't said what version you use or what your computer specs are, that will tell us some more...............

Hi,
You use the next -> next until it's finished, if you get a windows error just move it out of the way & don't close it before you're finish with the wizard. This will create the necessary file to continue with MP Setup later...
