Hi, I'm hoping this should be a simple question to someone.

I am using XP SP2. I have bought a cheap HP MCE remote from ebay.

If I purchase an MCE 2005 remote with receiver from ebay will the HP remote work with the 2005 receiver or are they not compatible? (I prefer the look of the HP remote but can't find a seperate receiver for it)

Also, there are some cheap DELL MCE remote/receiver packages on ebay that look identical to the microsoft ones but I read that they are not supported by MP, is this true?

Why, the others, when you have used the MS remote it is so good and intuitive to use, why would you want anything else (sticks in throat to say, but they got it right).
