Default SkyStar 2 bad quality image in low res channels :-(

TV-Server Version: SVN 19127
MediaPortal Version: SVN 19127
MediaPortal Skin: Blue Two
Windows Version: XP PRO SP2
CPU Type: P4 3,4 GHz HT
HDD: 2 x Maxtor 250 Sata
Memory: 2 x 512 MB DDR 400
Motherboard: P4P800-X (ASUSTeK Computer INC.)
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce 7300 (512 MB, AGP 8X)
Video Card Driver: 93.71
Sound Card: SoundMax integrated
Sound Card Driver: 5.12.1.3665
1. TV Card: SkyStar 2 PCI
1. TV Card Type: DVB-S
1. TV Card Driver: WDM 4.4.1 beta
2. TV Card: PVR-150 MCE
2. TV Card Type: Analog
2. TV Card Driver: 2.0.30.23074
3. TV Card: PVR-150 MCE
3. TV Card Type: Analog
3. TV Card Driver: 2.0.30.23074
MPEG2 Video Codec: MPV
MPEG2 Audio Codec: MPA
h.264 Video Codec: none
Satelite/CableTV Provider: HotBird 13°E / SkyItalia
Power Supply: Cooler Master ATX 600W
Remote: Microsoft MCE
TV: Philips 28" CRT
TV - HTPC Connection: S-Video

When I see low resolution DVB-S channels (SkyTG24 from SkyItalia, 544x576 or Viva Polska from MTV, 480x576), any 2-3 seconds some artefacts appears in the image.

See pictures for more info:

My tests:

1) format a new hard drive with a fresh install of XP PRO, all o.s. and drivers updates, MP RC1+SVN, artefacts;

2) change video card, change video driver, remove all PVR-150, change all RAM modules, reformat, artefacts;

3) change operating sistem, from XP PRO to XP MCE, reformat, all updates, artefacts;

4) move my PC to another LNB in another house, reformat, all updates, artefacts;

5) test with all version of SkyStar2 drivers, from 4.3.0 to 4.4.3, WDM and BDA, artefacts;

6) change all settings of VMR9 into MP, artefacts;

7) change codec, from MPV to PureVideo or CyberLink, artefacts;

8) reinstall 0.2.3.0 with SVN, perfect image.

With other programs (DVBViewer, ProgDVB), perfect image.

To this point I am convinced that the problem is the TV Server.

I have some hope to be able to use it with my SkyStar2 or I must be tied up to MP 0.2.3.0 ?

Regards,
xavier.
