Some problems with Skystar2

I have just build a HTPC for my parents and came across some strange problems.

1. Often when watching fullscreen TV a message pops up "Kein Empfang" (=Low signal(?)), though the satellite reciever used before had perfect signal strength. Can I at least disable that annoying pop up message?

2. When entering standby and waking up again, the whole computer behaves strange.. it is very very slow and it takes minutes for MP to refresh the screen and menus.. I guess it must have to do with the TV card not initializing properly. What can I do here?

Are there known problems? As far as a read the forum I have not found any similar problems!

Yesterday I found out, that there is even a problem, when disabling the Skystar in MP.

When resuming from standby I get the following exception in MP:
