Country: | Best option is to uninstall MP and then delete the remainder of the Team MediaPortal directory from your Program Files directory and reinstall. I think something went wrong with your install. Cheers GeoV |

Country: | By the sounds of the error "invalid media portal directory specified", I'd guess you are using a custom folder for MP? If so, try installing it on the default "C:\Program files\Team Mediaportal" to see if that at least allows you to use the Media Portal Test Tool (not that I have ever used that tool?). Good luck, Nick Name.

Country: | We need pc specifications, including operating system (does it include all windows updates, .net version etc) also the drive information you have MP installed on. This is very important in helping us diagnose why MP is not working for you. Thanks
