When watching DVB-T channels (with timeshift turned off) every about five seconds the display stutters. It is much reduced (hardly visible with time-shift turned on.
The stuttering is not happening when watching DVB-S channels.

Sounds like and verified by the log that this appears to be a DVB-T reception problem.
