Country: | For some reason, exclusiveDirectX mode did not resolve my tearing issues. Ender and I troubleshot it quite a bit, and he only saw it with the nV PureVideo codecs. It was pretty pervasive for me on all media even Xvid and Divx so I doubt it was related strictly to the Pure Video codecs. In any case, if your problem is resolved, don't worry about V-Sync. For others who may stumble across this by searching the forums for "stutter" or "tearing", this is jsut one more thing to try. ![]()
