Support for HVR 1100

Hi!!!
Thank you for this fantastic application!! I like it from first day! when frodo & Mr.Mario port xbmc!!!

I have a HVR-1100 and it working great in DVB-T... but analog and radio (analog & digital) not working! I read differents post for this... but...
Do you add support for analog & radio (analog&digital)?

Analogue wont be supported on that card as its not a proper hardware hybrid card. The analogue portion is a software card. While it may work, it wont be developed further (unless someone volunteers to do it). The HVR-1300 was need if you wanted to use both analogue and digital.

There are software encoders available from Hauppauge for that card to get analogue support here...

You need SoftPVR_Update.EXE which is in hcw21nova-t.exe.

Note: This is from the Hauppauge site...
Analogue TV recording: PC with 2.8 GHz processor (min. recommended) when recording with MPEG-2, 1.5 GHz when recording with MPEG-1

Since the above assumes recording with a non DirectX application and also no timeshifting then I would say you'd need at least a 3.2GHz processor for MP/MCE.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but does this mean that support for HVR-1100 is in CVS now?

Correct with the following restrictions:

1. EPG has to be turned off.
2. You need to install the software encoders available from the Hauppauge web site.
3. You cannot use Digital tuning & Analogue tuning at the same time.

Note: I have tested that you can record from CVBS or SVHS whilst recording / watching DVB-T.

4. You need at least a 3.0GHz CPU.

this card works great in 0.2 RC2 but not in CVS build 19.1.2006

when i try to configure it fails

and i have one more question, maybe somebody knows, i have problem with sound - i have no sound at all from capture card, this card has no Audio out. What can be wrong?
