ok, after some investigation using GraphEdit i know that i am missing this:

DirectShow Filters
MainConcept (Hauppauge) MPEG Multiplexer
@device:sw:{083863F1-70DE-11D0-BD40-00A0C911CE86}\{C251E680-2FF5-4DB1-8235-AB35BDCAF95E}

all ather MainConcept filters needed is installed and present in GraphEdit except that multiplexer

i have used wintv-hvr-1100_setup_23206.exe packgae either from link mentioned above or from hauppauge site.

Any idea where to get the multiplexer filter?

This is it, i dont't have this file, i have tried to reinstall many times but this and only this file is always missing, i have hauppaugempgmux.dll but i do not have the.ax file, please can you post this file somwhere?

Very strange indeed.
I just checked the wintv-hvr-1100_setup_23206.exe file from the web site and the filters are indeed different.

Contact - atomizasser as he sent me the info.
Maybe he has a different version.

You need SoftPVR_Update.EXE which is in hcw21nova-t.exe.

ok i have installed and registered multiplexer file you have sent me (thanks for this), seems like tuning the card works now, but i have only black screen nothing more here goes the capture.log

It works fine here and there are no errors in your logs which would cause it.

Anyway - since the files are different on the internet now I have modified them to suit.
So use Sofware_Encoder_Setup_23339.EXE from the MCE 3.1a CD with associated HVR drivers which you can get here...
