MP Configuration (LNB setup):
Disecq LNB select LNB

(the same behaviour when I use Simple A and Simple B)

Our new installation has two Quattro LNBs (one for ASTRA, one for HOTBIRD) which are connected to a 9/4 Multiswitch.
One output of the mutliswitch is connected to a standard DVB-S receiver and receives many (over 1000) channel for Astra and Hotbird.
The other is connected to the PC with MediaPortal. It either receives Astra or Hotbird, but does not support the switching between the satellites with the MP configuration. With the help of the BDA Console of Twinhan (i.e. registry setting) one manages to perform the switch however, which of coures is not a state of the art.
Has anyone made the same experience? Are there soltuions for this?

The best solution is to replace both LNBs with a DUAL LNB in each antenna and install another cable sistem one to the receiver and the other to the DVB-S card. Each one must to has his own diseq shitch.

Hello, just wanted to remind: a solution is still open and the behaviour is the same with a current SVN.

I can manage to "activate" the second (hotbird LNB) with the help of Twinhan's THTSCapture tool for the BDA driver (can be fond on http://www.twinhan.com/download_driver&software.asp under "utilities" "Capture Tool2". When I try to tune a few times the the SF1 freq 12399 horizontal and change from horiz to vert and vv. the tuner is locking. From then on I'm able to view the hotbird (but not anymore the astra) channels.

Anyone with the same experience?
Or better: with a solution?
