SVN 06-22-2006--01-02: NO DVB-T EPG-Grapping

Hi,

after installing the above svn-build, there is no longer DVB-T EPG-Grapping. In the epg.log there is always only a entry like

No update to the tvdatabase is done and also no update to the pmt in \database\pmt

Can anyone explain/fix this?

hi,

with the above build EGP-Grapping is only function without Timeshift. If you start MP with timeshift there will be no update!

I also had the no-grabbing issue. I can confirm it's working again, but for me it also works with timeshift on. Please double check on your system!

I had to clean out my EPG data before mine started working again.

I checked again. If I start MP with timeshift enabled in configuration it will not grab EPG. If I stop timeshift in MP-Gui EPG-Grapping will then start. It also will not grap if i have timeshift enabled an switching to another channel. If I stop then again timeshift it is the same effect like above (it starts grabbing).

I have a Cinergy T USB XS card (as card1) and a Hauppage HVR 1300 (card2).

In an older build-number the hauppage card always running in background the epg-grabbing, cause it is configured not to record. It's only for viewing but with an priority of 5 (Cinergy Card has priority 10).

As you can see, the above bold marked line does not exist in the log with timeshift.

When I look at the source-code of DVBGraphBase.cs i find only one section with that:
