Sweetspot - No image

Nothing ! Record button has still no effect !

I don't know what is missing. I ve tried differents codecs.

Just a question , in tab "external" of the channel properties ( edit button) when select type = External , i have not RGB, in input choices ... is it the same thing for you ?

I just checked channel settings as you describe and on my setup there is no RGB option. Presumably an oversight.

But you can record what you get with sweetspot RGBs chanel ?


What is there in your "External" Tab , of the Edit Properties of TV channel Panel , of your sweetspot channel ?

I'm going to check all my configuration steps ...

yes I can record from sweetspot.

Remember that currently? you cannot watch the channel and record it at the same time.

I recorded a couple of minutes and a file was produced which I can then play. Have n't got an audio feed set up to sweetpsot yet but I seem to be able to record video at least.

Good news, I can record now, but
i have now 2 new problems :

- image i recorded is very dark , and even if i change device properties
by changing contrast, light ... in configuration tab.
Each time i edit these properties, i find old properties, as if my modifications was never saved. These values are lost and record are always dark.

- the second problem : each time i begin a record, the line input record level falls to zéro, and i have to set manually record level in sound control panel. But it doesn't keep the value.

Do you have the same problems ?
