Default Switching channels while tuned to a scrambled channel

Area: Media Portal Program
MP Version: RC2 , cvs-01-02-2006
Skin: default
Windows Version: XP Pro SP2
CPU Type: Athlon 64 3000
Memory: 512 M
Motherboard Chipset: ASUS K8Nl
Video Card: ASUS Radeon 9250 l
Video Card Driver: Original from CD
Video Card Resolution: 1024x768
Video Render Type: VMR9
Video Codec Type & Version: ?
Audio Codec Type & Version: ?
TV Card: type of TV card, manufacturer and model: FireDTV Cable

Synopsis:
When I tune into a scrambled TV channel (i.e. No smartcard inserted or tuned to a channel for which I have no subscription), MP seems to hang in full screen. I get the "Channel is scrambled" message. From then on, I cannot switch to another channel. The only workaround I know is to escape from full-screen and from there select another channel.

Is this a bug? If not, what can I do to change this behaviour?

Same here, I have to press ESC.

It would be nice to be able to use the ChUp and ChDn keys, or the number keys in that situation.

Probably low priority...Developers: are you aware of this?
