Not more than what's written on that page, no.
Myself, I will wait until someone launches a DVB-S2 card which does hardware encoding. I've read some reviews on the other DVB-S2 card available (KNC-one) and it's said to require ~Dual core P4 3.2GHz to play smoothly. Now since such a processor costs ~400â‚¬ (plus the dvb-card ~150â‚¬), I'm just gonna wait until a hardware encoding card comes around.

Hauppauge also announced two -s2 cards on cebit. Can't remember the model numbers right now but I bet google will find it for you.
