Technotrend TT-budget T-3000, will it work in MP?

Hi all.
Thinking of buying this card, but will it work in MP??

Technotrend is the designer/manufacturer of the Hauppauge DVB cards if i am correctly informed.

I also have the manual for this card if that can help to figure out if it will work.

Hi,

i have this card too,
here stands that the T-3000 one supports.

But...

when i will scan DVB-T for Channels, i become the Error "Unable to create Graph for this Device !!" when i scan for Similar Channels its scan an shows me the channels. I wants however DVB-T.

What can it be?
