Hello once again.

I've noticed that the search function for EPG in My TV doesn't work since I have loaded TV server.

Is this a problem with my setup or a known bug?

There is an excellent free program from Welcome to epgStream.net! called xmltvdownloader.exe
Its free and it does all FTA channels and cable as well. Just remember to untick "use timezone from xml file" in mp set up.

shaunpatrick I'm a little confused by your post.

I do have the EPG data loaded from epgStream. My problem is the 'Search' button below the 'Recorded TV' button. If I press that button I get no TV program guide data displaying in that window. I simply can't search any details no matter which button I press eg genre, date, etc. It did work in MP TV but now it doesn't after I loader TV Server.

What SVN version of TV Server and MP are you running. Both the products should be running at the same svn level. let us know your version as there may have been a fix for it......

Ok, SVN's are:

MediaPortal-svn--03-28-2008--05-05-Rev18341.exe
tvengine3-03-28-2008--05-09h--Rev18341.zip

As I mentioned in another psot my windows crashed due to a disk error (I think) so I'll be reinstalling windows this weekend if I get some time and this time I'll image the disk at different points for quick re-installs. I hope a clean install will help with some of the glitches I was having with MP.
