Tired of slow zapping. Where to get 0.2.3 from ?

Hi,

I'm tired of slow channel changing (SkyStar2 DVB-S - > 4-5s) and I know that timeshifting doesn't help. Where to get from final 0.2.3 ? I only found SVNs and they need 0.2.3 base.
I set OSD delay to 0. Now I want to disable timeshifting and check how it works that way with inbuild TVE in RC1 and 0.2.3. I don't know how some people can say that they got instantaneous zapping. For me, 2-3sec is max what I can live with, other way I'm going back to dedicated sat box.
