Check your codecs are fine with Filmerit.
Upload Logs\Pictures etc, use the "Go Advanced" and select the + feature to upload\attach files.

It would be nice, if it was done without some human work involved, but if one have some recordings with subs and want to keep the subs, then none of the auto converters can do the job (I haven't found one yet, that can convert the subs too).

Maybe some day there will be a plugin for Mediaportal that can do it - can't wait until there is

Both ProjectX and ReJig are free software.
Demux your .ts file as .mpv and .mpa, then use StaxRip to mux the two files together as Xvid (the .mpa file will be converted to MP3).
