.ts (transport stream) stuttering

Hi

I have some films in .ts format. But in MP i cannot watch them, as they stutter a lot. In WMP10 and MCE2005 i have no such problems with the same films. I already tried to change codecs, but nothing works. Went back to the Nvidia one which is also used by MCE2005.
Does someone know this problem or have a workaround?!?

Use Zoomplayer instead of the built-in player for videos.
