| Looks like you are doing someting that causes directx device to be lost on MP side. Running some external application or causing something else to happen that steals the focus from MP? Try disabling Exclusive DX mode in MP configuration (it somewhere under directshow filters / Video Mixing Renderer 9). Alhotu that will most likely introduce a tearing in the video playback. Code: 2008-07-18 08:38:37.500000 [Warn.][MPMain]: Main: ***** OnDeviceLost *****

Country: | Unfortunately it doesn't help. and i don't think this is a real cause as things like tsreader stop, g_player stop are happening some seconds before this message.... P.S. Just upgraded to latest DirectX patch (June 08) - no change either. Other ideas ? |

Country: | Hi, Problem - TVserver and client default config - TV server adress = media instead of 127.0.0.1 (single seat installation). - Connection to internet - wireless connection to home router. Wireless goes up & down - quite unstable. Thought gonna fix later on - become a major party stoper. When wireless gets disconnected (or big timeout) - TV player (g_player) gets diosconneted from TV server. This exception seems to be no handled in proper way. Q: why in single seat installation TV server adress is left as "media" instead of 127.0.0.1 ??? - Ivo - |
