TV breaks up and seems odd

Hello

I have a MSI MEGA 180 with MCE. I have installed the codex as in tips and tricks, the one about the elgard muxer. I'm running a Haugppage 500 card. But my TV stops fot half a sec then carry on, this happens roughly each 5 secund. The picture also jerks or jumps. This is worst when not in full screen. I'm using latest CVS. What could be wrong? A codec problem? And when i have wathced tv for 5 min at the most MP crashes.

Synopsis::

If so, that is for compressing/changeing the DVR-MS recording format to another format. Like divx, xvid and wma. You'll need to pick another video decoder in MP setup- Television. I have the best results with the NVIDIA decoder (Purevideo). However, you can choose another codec and give them a try.
There are options for MPEG2DEC and DSCALER and the Hauppauge decoder available free from their website.

do not know for sure, but please check your CPU usage.

The GeForce4 is no DX9 card. So your CPU has much more to do (render GUI). Try to lower your resolution (800x600).
