| I have an older hp slimline PC I picked up and tossed a cheap low profile video card in that has svideo out. I have been using it to watch movies etc for about two years. I was using windows media center but i noticed these refresh lines that would go up the screen. So I switched to using VNC to connect to the machine then just load the xvids or dvds up with VLC player because for whatever reason these programs do not have the lines. I was bored and started playing around with media portal and it has the same lines when I play videos. Any ideas? Thanks Zach |
