Default TV Screen turns black after some minutes of recording

I watch TV and hit the Record Button.
After some minutes of Recording the TV-Screen turns black and the Recorded File is only recorded until this time. In the Error log this event is logged with:

Sorry but a memory and graphic card upgrade would be a really nice improvement on the overall MP experience, and may well solve your locking up on the TV side.
