TVEngine3 recordings only contain PCM sound

Recordings made via TVEngine3 always contain only 1 audio track which is PCM although i know for sure that some definitly have a AC3 track.
No errors are in the log.
If i watch a channel which also has an AC3 track and record this show for short time and than play it there is only one PCM track.

Ok, got a bit further.
Checked the TVEngine3 stream with VLC and there all 3 contained audio streams (PCM German,PCM English, AC3 5.1 German) were selectable and working.
So there must be something wrong in Mediaportal itself.

yes, my files have all audio streams, too. But i can't switch to the ac3 stream in MP... Same problem for TV watching with AC3.

Had i look into the sources of the TvPlugin and noticed that - if you change the audio stream - the server is triggered via Remoting to change the audio stream.
This seems a bit strange for me.
All audio streams are broadcasted to the client by the server so why not simply change the output pin of the demuxer in the graph as MediaPortal has done it before?
I also feel a bit sad that there is no comment of a developer to this problems as i think audio stream selection is essential and more and more users encounter this problem.
This is NOT to blame the devs. Just want to understand
