tvhome:startplay. Phase 2 Takes to long, what can i do?

Hi guys,
not sure if this is realy a bug. Tvhome:startplay. Phase 2 takes more then 10s its quite a lot to me.

Also i have an error in logs regarding dvb-t card (running single seat tv server/MP) so i dont know, why is MP trying to use it.
