Default Twinhan DVB-S Not finding Channels

Video Codec: Nero Video Decoder
CPU Type: Intel Pentium 4 - 2.40GHz
Memory: 1 GB
Motherboard: D850EMV2 (Intel Corporation)
TV Card Model: Twinhan 102G
TV Card Type: DVB-S
TV Card Driver: BDA v1.2.3.6
Video Card Model: All-in-wonder Radeon 7500 (64 MB)

Synopsis::

When I scan for channels I see good signal and quality leels but it does not come back with any channels. Hardware works with other programs but this is the only program I have tried with the BDA drivers.
