TwinhanDTV Mini Cab in the Netherlands

Hi, I searched and searched the entire forum but I can't seem to find a straight yes or no answer to my question.
Here it is.
I have a "UPC digital cable" account in Almere, Netherlands.
I pay a monthly amount to recieve about 60 tv channels.
To recieve those channels I use a Motorola Set Top Computer.
In the STC there's a smartcard slot but it's not in use.
Will I be able to recieve the same channels I recieve with my STC if I was to use the TwinhanDTV Mini Cab card.

Hoping for a yes or no (maybe with a bit more info).

No one knows for sure probably - so contanct Twinhan or DigitalRise to see if the required CAM has been tested against that provider.
