UI Navigation Freezes - WinXP, RC2

Hi,

I've just built a new HTPC based on media portal. I did a fresh XP Pro install, SP3 + all hot fixes, install all the stuff required for Media Portal as per the requirements page, and installed Media Portal + TV Server RC2.

Everything has pretty much worked with no dramas, but I do have an odd reoccurring problem that I wonder if any one else has seen before, and thus knows the resolution to

Every now and then when navigating the UI, navigation seems to freeze. I cant pin it down to doing anything in particular as I've had it happen all over the place. Its happened to me when using the mouse only for navigation, and when using my MCE remote only. MP doesnt seem to crash when this happens, if I push a button I still hear the navigation chime but the screen remains the same and nothing seems to happen.

I can clear this situation by forcing MP into window mode and then back into full screen mode (without exiting) and I can then navigate the UI again.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
