UK Freeview Transponder Locations

Hi,

does anyone have a list of Freeview/DVB-T transponders in the UK and their respective coordinates? It would be useful to know which one is where for initial tuning decisions/choices. (Maybe someone could even post a sticky with links to google maps).

ukfree.tv is the one I use, it's more complete than the official site.
