Unable to record from hauppauge HVR-4000 DVB-T but can from DVB-S

I have setup MP with a happauge HVR-4000 card, the analogue portion is disabled. Everything is working great I can view channels on the DVB-T and DVB-S including HD channels but I can only record from the DVB-S, the DVB-T goes thru the motions of recording but produces a video file of zero bytes.
I have tried the cyberlink and ffdshow codecs but to no avail.
I am using svn 09-20-2008 for both MP and Tvserver.
I have attached the log files of 2 test recordings, the first half of both logs is from the attempted recording from the DVB-T (a 2 minute record) the rest is for the DVB-S (another 2 minute record)
